One of our nation’s greatest military heroes, Sgt. Alfred B. Hilton is the only Harford County native recipient of the Medal of Honor. We were proud to honor Sgt. Alfred B. Hilton with our 5th Annual Memorial Celebration, held virtually on November 7, 2020.
In support of the Celebration, the Hilton Fund promised to donate half of contributions specifically given for this purpose, to Edgewood Elementary School and William Paca/Old Post Road Elementary School. A total of $3,025 was donated in response, so each school received $756.25. Here are photographs of the donation ceremony.
Thank you for supporting our efforts to help keep our youth learning!
